Creating an Account
When you purchase an Electrogastrogram your
organization's information is immediately entered into the support
system's database. However, to use the support site each individual
wishing to use the site must first register. Once registered your
account will be tied to your organization.
 The
first page you will see is the main support page.
You can view a full sized example by clicking
on the image.
To create an account, select the "New User"
button on this page. This will take you to a registration form to
fill out where you can create your own username and password.
Please provide the name of your
organization under company name so we may link your account with
your organization.

fully as possible.
Upon completion of the form you will receive a
confirmation of your account to include your login and password by
email.
You are now registered with the support system
and can use the "Support Login" link to access the main page to
report an issue, browse the knowledge base, read our common facts
page, and check the status of all claims. This includes access to a
full history of your claims both open and closed.
