Dr. Koch is the Head of The Section on Gastroenterology at Wake Forest University. Dr. Koch has been conducting research in numerous areas of gastric motility over the past 20 years (Penn State University), during which time he developed clinical Electrogastrography to its current state of the art. Dr. Koch is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Medicine and a Board certified gastroenterologist. In addition to his numerous peer review publications, he is an internationally respected leader in the field and participant in many symposia around the world concerning gastric disorders and their diagnosis. He is a member of the GI Advisory Boards for Smartpill Corp, IntraPace Corp and Tranzyme Corp.
