was formed in January 1999 to exploit the proprietary
Electrogastrogram (EGG) technology developed by its founder, Kenneth Koch, MD and to capitalize on the resulting market
opportunity. Dr. Koch is the Section Head of the Section on
Gastroenterology at Wake
Forest University. This acknowledged, world‑renowned expert in
diagnostic Gastroenterology has developed the EGG for approved,
clinical use, becoming the first with that distinction. The 3CPM®
device detects, records and analyzes the electrical‑activity of the
stomach to quickly and accurately diagnose the gastric dysrhythmias
associated with a number of conditions, which afflict millions
worldwide.. This noninvasive, user friendly system was tested on over
1000 patients presenting with difficult symptomatology, as well as in
animal drug research. The device's validity and reliability liken its
potential to the now commonplace and extensively used
electrocardiogram (EKG). The Company has obtained regulatory clearance
in the USA, obtained US patent and copyright protection and commenced
a limited product launch. This limited launch helped further define
clinical categories, which include GERD+ Dyspepsia, which affects
millions more in the population

director and an officer of the Company. In addition, the Company has
an experienced President/CEO and CFO, both of whom have several
successful start‑ups to their credit. The company has also recruited a
top sales and marketing person from industry. and a leading private
practice GI to the board.
