This will take you to the main page for your account. This page will show any open claims and their status automatically. Click here for an example. This example shows a sample of an open claim listing.

Client Support Menu

The support menu is a drop down menu located at the top of the page as shown in this image:

You may select any of the options listed. The only exceptions are the "Remote Control Session", which is not active as of yet.
