Requesting and
Tracking a Support Claim
Once logged in, select the
"Create New Case" link in the drop down menu.


This will bring up the case
request form (click on image for full size
example).
Simply fill out the "One
Line Description:" section with a summary of the problem or
request.
Then use the section titled "Describe
the problem or question in detail:" field to fully explain
what you desire. Be as thorough as possible so we can best
understand how to handle the issue.
Click the "Submit" button to
generate the case. This in turn will generate an email to you
confirming the request and providing you all the details for your
records.
Here is an example of the email

You can access the support site and the case
directly from the link at the top right side of the email reply. This method of
reporting will continue until the problem is resolved and the case
is closed.
